We had looked i My wife and I visited the dealership on 7/20/19 in response to an e-mail from Rudi Rudisill regarding specials for possible trade-in. We had looked into a Tiguan 2 years ago and did not have enough trade-in on our Passat to trade at that time. This time, Todd Harden showed us a brand new 2019 Tiguan which we drove; and immediately decided to attempt to trade in our Passat for what we had deemed “our dream car”. Todd and Parker worked with us most of the day and we were able to drive home with “our new car”. We cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff, from the receptionist on; however, Todd was more than we could have asked for when dealing with a “car salesman” from his friendliness to his knowledge and willingness to make sure that we were informed every minute of the process as to what was going on with the financial part of the transaction. When it came time to complete the deal, Parker went above and beyond to discuss available car care plans. He was very informative about what each plan would cover as well as costs. When signing papers (or should we say, signing on the computer), he was again very patient and informative regarding all information that we needed to know in order to be comfortable with signing the paperwork. We left very happy and very comfortable with both our experience and our decision. This was not our first experience with Paramount, as Debby, first had a Jetta, then we traded in a car for a new Passat and now upgraded to our Tiguan. Paramount is this place for us for car purchases and we continue to complete all of our service there, including my wife’s Toyota. More

Great experience with Patrick I have had a Volkswagen for 3 years now and I went in to look at the new atlas and Patrick saw my interest he quickly pulled the car up for me let me I have had a Volkswagen for 3 years now and I went in to look at the new atlas and Patrick saw my interest he quickly pulled the car up for me let me drive around the parking lot and showed me al the cool new features this car has.
