I waited about one hour to be seen by a Service Person. Time of arrival 8:30. Time to talk to the service person: 9:30. Justification: It was raining. About one hour later it was found that the part was Time of arrival 8:30. Time to talk to the service person: 9:30. Justification: It was raining. About one hour later it was found that the part was not available. It had to be back ordered. This part had been confirmed available a week before when the appointment was set. The Service Assistance Manager make a phone call to the parts department to make sure the part was there. He was assured that part was there. One hour later I am informed by the technician they could not find the part. Other issues: Mr. Rudi Font - Finance, licensing, and Marva Jackson - Sales--- both do not answer emails or phone calls or voice mails. Result: My License tags where in the shop for more than a week and I have not received any communication about the tags that where available for more than a week. I got them because I was in the shop and asked for them. I would like to stress the name of Mr. Ron Martin, Manager: Courteous, Responsive, always available, competent. Pembroke Subaru may need more Martin's to present it self as a place of good service., YOU MAY WANT REVIEW THE EMPLOYEE ROSTER. IT IS NOT COMPLETE. Could not find Mr. Ron Martin or Joe Salerno. M. Jackson is sales and she is listed as "parts" Does anyone check your website or this survey instrument?????? More

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle with Patrick and once again he delivered superbly. This time assisting me along side the main man Audwin, seeing familiar friendly faces and sharing laughs with Alain; Leah and Rudy In finance working hard and staying late to help ensure that I am getting the best deal possible, they really know how to make someone feel at home. Although making deals in the car sales business is unmistakably very important, during my recent visit they portrayed to me that extraordinary service is really their main priority; whether it is solving problems that seem unsolvable in my case, or making sure you’re as comfortable as possible if it is your first time making big purchase which can usually be very stressful. 12/10 for these guys.
