2010 CX9 Mazda Service - Purchased 1/2014 Went in for a leak issue. Turns out it was the PTU Unit. Would cost $1554 to repair. Of course they also found other issues, such as tie rod which Went in for a leak issue. Turns out it was the PTU Unit. Would cost $1554 to repair. Of course they also found other issues, such as tie rod which required alignment and rear axle seal replacement total repair $2000, asked if that included labor/parts and he said yes. Did some research and found out PTU was a known issue as of 4/2014. Unfortunately, it took my car until 103k miles which is over the 100k mile CPO warranty (expire 1/23/17). I called corporate to complain and they gave me a $400 credit. I felt it was a known issue and still should have been 100% covered under CPO warranty. When I picked up the vehicle they added sales tax which I was then told was not included in total estimate. They need to clarify the estimate does not include tax. So I felt my $400 credit was down to $300. They did give me a loaner which helped me to commute to work. As they say, stand behind your product! Love my CX9 and thought about trading it in without paying for reapirs and buying something new but I just couldn't let it go. ZOOM ZOOM!! More

Unknown charges We set up an appointment for an oil change but very quickly it was recommended we rotate the tires, then an engine clean for the GDI. Then the cabin f We set up an appointment for an oil change but very quickly it was recommended we rotate the tires, then an engine clean for the GDI. Then the cabin filter needed replacement. Once we got the bill there was 4 or 5 things charged that I have no idea what the heck they were for, totalling $40. Misc charge, mystery gasket, and a charge for inspection when it used to be free at Community Mazda. Uncertain if we will return here for service. More

Magic About 2 months ago, I had been there for service on my 2004 mazda6 and decided to ask for a test drive of a 2016 mazda6 gt while waiting for my car. B About 2 months ago, I had been there for service on my 2004 mazda6 and decided to ask for a test drive of a 2016 mazda6 gt while waiting for my car. Brandon Baldeshwiler said sure and we were on our way. He did a good job explaining what to expect on acceleration, braking and handling. When we returned we spoke about cars in general and he is quite knowledgeable. I was impressed. So when I came back later to order to purchase, I did not see the color I wanted and I thought it would take weeks, maybe months. Michael Hackett came out and said he found one and it could possibly be here today. I could not believe it. I was given a loaner to get home. Half way home, cell rings and Brandon says your car is here and you can pick it up now. WHAT! I turn around, come back to dealership. Brandon took my groceries and put them in refrigerator while I waited. About ten minutes later I'm driving down the street in my brand new car! I was very,very tired and it was a long day for me. I was not expecting to be in a new car the same day. So, I was not as excited as I could have been. So, thanks to Brandon and all those that were part of the process. And thanks Justin Anderson. I have been coming here for service for quite a while and they are awesome! More

Perfection in motion Service area. From the time I entered the service area I knew I would not have any problems. Was meet by a service individual explained why I was ther Service area. From the time I entered the service area I knew I would not have any problems. Was meet by a service individual explained why I was there and my name was already in the system. Took less than 2 min. Waiting area- very nice comfortable and with complimentary refreshments. Desperately need this after a long day at work and drive to dealer. Asked a few questions about accessories for my car and was given pricing and information I needed. Very fast and professional from enter to exit. More
