Very pleased with my experience Went in with the thought of replacing a 2005 Civic with a new Civic. Didn't know anything about the HRV but Russ brought it to my attention and was v Went in with the thought of replacing a 2005 Civic with a new Civic. Didn't know anything about the HRV but Russ brought it to my attention and was very thorough about explaining all of the features of the Civic and the HRV. Pros and cons to both but in the end the HRV was just more comfortable to drive and the mileage was pretty comparable. They were getting down to having very few HRVs left and I wanted a certain color and Russ made sure to get one secured for us which turned out to be good as they both sold the same day. Negotiating with Russ and Andy was pretty painless and seemed very fair to me from internet pricing that I had researched. Russ worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and the process and I will work with him again and recommend him to others. More

Russ at Honda of Lincoln really seemed to want to help me find the best car rather than simply make a sale. I really appreciated that, because I'm a guy that likes to reasearch and plan before making a big purchase like that. He made it a simple and easy process. The overall costs of buying a car did overwhelm me a few times, but I think that's more related to it being my first experience. I'd recommend Honda of Lincoln, and Russ especially to anyone looking for a new car. I'm loving my new Accord Sport. (I've had a couple minor issues in my first week with the car, but Honda has been great about helping remedy any concerns I have). More
