With two kids, and hectic work schedules, Salesman Russ Meyer wa My wife and I went to Honda of Lincoln to look at available Honda Ridgeline Pickups. With two kids, and hectic work schedules, Salesman Russ Meyer was very helpful in this process. Russ Meyer stayed late after closing hours two days in a row to assist us in purchasing a 2019 Ridgeline Pickup. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle at Honda of Lincoln and I was very impressed with the service I received from all the staff at this car dealership. More

First car purchase here ...of many to come, I'm sure. The best service I've ever received at a car dealership, period. Russ was very knowledgeable and kind, but best of all, ...of many to come, I'm sure. The best service I've ever received at a car dealership, period. Russ was very knowledgeable and kind, but best of all, NOT PUSHY! He let me take my time with the test drive and exuded an air of calm the entire time - no pressure whatsoever. Chad was great to work with, was very sociable, funny, and friendly. Made the financing part of the buying experience a breeze. Cannot have asked for a better team. Will absolutely hit them up the next time we're in the market for a car.... Cannot recommend enough. More

Impressve! Russ was great to work with! I wanted to end my current lease without penalty and upgrade to a newer model/lease and he made that happen quickly and Russ was great to work with! Russ Meyer went over and beyond to make my purchase the right car in a timely manner as he understood what I was looking for. He is knowledgeable about the car, set up blue tooth, radio presets, use of al right car in a timely manner as he understood what I was looking for. He is knowledgeable about the car, set up blue tooth, radio presets, use of all controls, door lock and seat settings. I drove it and he explained all features and technology. Vehicle was in excellant condition, free of any dents, dings and mechanical issues. Personalized settings worksheet complete. I would recommend Honda of Lincoln. It is clean and comfortable with snacks and drinks. Business manager compiled all the documents thoroughly and gave me time to consider additional warranty. The staff there work together to speed up time to buy a car by reseaching to answer questions and getting keys to test drive more cars. I don't know of anything that could have improved my vehicle purchase. More
