Wonderful Customer Service Russ Meyer went above and beyond when we were looking at a used mini van. He knew that this was a huge decision for our family so he made sure we took Russ Meyer went above and beyond when we were looking at a used mini van. He knew that this was a huge decision for our family so he made sure we took the time we needed to make the right choice. We came back three different times and each time, he was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. We were close to buying the van but still had some hesitations about how we would make it work with our car seats so he suggested we take it home for the afternoon just to make sure our car seats would fit safely and for my husband to try it out with the seats. We have six children in car seats so it was imperative that they work out as each spot is full! I took it home, my husband examined the car sear situation and then ended up purchasing it later that night...all because he went the extra mile. The van is very well taken care of and they did a good job of cleaning it up. I mentioned to Russ how the headlights looked very hazing after we had just bought the car. He told me to bring it back in a few weeks and they would clean it all up for me...for free! I brought it back a few weeks later and they cleaned them all up and they look great! Thanks so much for everything!!! More

He was so great with my son. He took time to educate him about each car all the options, features, and financial responsibilities. Throughout the whole process, it felt like he was on my side to help make everything perfect. He made sure that all the little details of my used vehicle were taken care of, and when it came to the price, it seemed like he was more concerned about getting us a fair price we were comfortable with than squeezing every penny out of us. Talking with the finance guy was not very pleasant. Obviously he wanted to sell us every add-on in the book and wouldn’t take no for an answer, but that’s just part of the deal, you just have to bear it and get through. Russ really made our experience great, though, and if I have any friends looking for a car, I will definitely recommend him and Honda of Lincoln. More

He went above and beyond to find the specific vehicle that I wanted and made sure that everything was right for me. I always felt comfortable and never felt pressured during the experience. Justin in finance was also awesome. He made sure that I understood everything as we went through the process and I never felt rushed as he would explain any questions that I had. Dave in service was awesome for working in my car for an added accessory. As was Lizabeth for putting me in a loaner until my car was finished. I’m now with my third Honda and the service department Is always awesome when I need to get my car serviced. I highly recommend Honda of Lincoln for your next vehicle purchase and service needs. Honda Rocks!! More
