Mr. Triola, This happened Christmas week 2016. Just wrote the review because someone in the business said I should let people know what happened. Ron Tesar was my normal salesman but he was busy and he handed me off to someone else, don't remember his name as I threw his card out. When I bought my new car from Rick Matthews I came in to cancel my service contract and brought this to the attention of the business guy I spoke with and he said it was terrible and he was going to bring it to the attention of the owner. Very poor was of doing business in my opinion. As stated it would have been my 4th car in the last 10 years!

You are correct, it was very convenient to deal with Flammer, that is why it would have been my 4th car purchased there. I is very unlikely that I would do business with your company again. Funny thing is that if the used Edge wasn't right for me, I think you had 2 leftover 16 Edge's that I also was looking at. Thanks for your time, wish I had dealt with you back in December! Ken
