Russell was exceptionally responsive to my inquires and gave me all the details I needed up-front. Russell never pressured me or attempted to sell me something I did not request. This helped with my decision-making process and also made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with my purchase. I love my car and I am comfortable with the deal I received. This is my 5th car and the 1st time I don’t feel as if I were taken advantage of. I will return to Russell for my next vehicle and you should too! More

Russell was awesome to work with. I had called about a truck, and he called me back, even on his day off. When he went to look for the truck, it wasn't on the lot, but he took the time to search for simil truck, and he called me back, even on his day off. When he went to look for the truck, it wasn't on the lot, but he took the time to search for similar trucks, and found 1 that I liked more. Russell followed through with what he promised and then some. My factory ordered Corvette is everything I hoped for and Criswell’s entire team was there every step of the way. I was in search of a commuter car and I had found a 2012 Cruze listed on Facebook Marketplace. I contacted Russell and got the ball rolling on possibly making a deal.
