When the transmission in our minivan blew I panicked. There is just not enough time in the day. Russell was absolutely amazing! We never had to go to the dealer. We contacted him about what we were looking for and he found the perfect minivan. We never had to set foot into a dealership. He brought us the minivan to test drive at our home. He even picked up our 2 trade ins. We didn’t even have to take our tags to DMV to turn in. He did that for us. I just can’t say enough good things about Russell and about this experience. Russell is truly one of a kind! He has a unique way of pulling you in and making you feel comfortable. I have been to plenty of dealerships that say one thing on the phone then try to change it when you pulling you in and making you feel comfortable. Being a long time leasee and familiar with the factors to a lease deal, I despise dealers that beat around the bush and confuse. Russell got right to the bottom line with a detailed breakdown in order to provide me with a best and clear lease quote. Further he wrapped the sale up by adjusting his schedule and delivering the vehicle to my home. How many do that? I highly recommend Russell especially for seasoned leesee’s like me that tend to purchase vehicles without stepping foot in the dealership. More

I was able to communicate through email, and text messages, then drive two hours and walk right into the dealership and leave in under 30 minutes. Everything I negotiated and everything he promised up front was taken care of. One of the best salesman, if not the best I've ever dealt with. Spoke with the sales manager Jason Witte prior to leaving the dealership, and he was absolutely genuine about thanking me for my business, not the typical because they have to.
