When I reached out to Russell, he was prompt in getting back to me the info I was looking for and it was in detail (broken down and explained). Of all the sales people I interacted in throughout my searching process, he was the only sales person to be open, honest, and transparent about everything. The open communication and transparency continued throughout the entire process. Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle from Russell not only because of the open honesty but he gave me the best deal offered. The entire experience was painless and fast. I dealt with Steve for finance. The set up he had made things simple too. The electronic setup allowed me to see and understand things a lot better as oppose to sitting and staring at an individual trying to explain something to you. 5/5 stars!!!! More

Couldn't be Easier I was looking for a Chevy Bolt and checked with 5 dealers in the area for a quote on the car I wanted. He has great sense of humor, and he gave me a better deal than any of the other dealers, without having to waste time playing the usual games dealers play. When I arrived to pick up the car, there was no bait and switch or pressure to buy anything I didn't want. A great experience all around. Highly recommended! More

We’ve bought cars from Criswell before and have been relatively happy - but I will proactively seek out Russell because of the level of attention and care he provided. 5 stars! They're very creative about finding ways to help you save money, as Russell even looked up where I work to see if I could qualify for a discount from my workplace's affiliation with GM. Russell was very responsive via e-mail in the days ahead of my visit to the dealer, and by the time I arrived it only took about two hours to test drive and close the deal. I arrived on a Thursday at 3 pm and by 5 pm my wife and I walked out the door as happy, proud owners of a brand new Chevy Bolt. Could not have been happier with my experience with Criswell - by far the best I've had buying a car. It is easy to see why these guys have won Maryland Dealer of the Year for years running. More
