When I reached out to Russell, he was prompt in getting back to me the info I was looking for and it was in detail (broken down and explained). Of all the sales people I interacted in throughout my searching process, he was the only sales person to be open, honest, and transparent about everything. The open communication and transparency continued throughout the entire process. Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle from Russell not only because of the open honesty but he gave me the best deal offered. The entire experience was painless and fast. I dealt with Steve for finance. The set up he had made things simple too. The electronic setup allowed me to see and understand things a lot better as oppose to sitting and staring at an individual trying to explain something to you. 5/5 stars!!!! More
