2019 Grand Sport Russel took very good care of us in the purchase and delivery of the new car. He also went out of his way to pick us up at the airport and help find a Russel took very good care of us in the purchase and delivery of the new car. More recently, having been contacted by Brian via email regarding the "flagging" of my 2012 Equinox for a possible trade-in, I decided to pursue what appeared to be an interesting offer. That was followed up with an email from Anthony Vattuone prompting my contacting him by phone to resolve a few questions; he graciously followed up with a worksheet indicating the potential savings involved with my trade-in. Eventually, I decided to make an appointment with Anthony on Monday, May 29th--Memorial Day. Not only was he calm, respectfully attentive & articulate with his responses to my questions & concerns, he was also very knowledgable & maintained a good sense of humor! Within 4 hours, I had purchased the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. Thank you, Criswell, for maintaining a solid business operation.
