Russell made buying a car actually fun! I needed a new car and was not looking forward to going into a car dealership. I was expecting the typical experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I went into C car and was not looking forward to going into a car dealership. I was expecting the typical experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I went into Criswell and worked with Russell. He was positive, very efficient, and valued my time. He always contacted me when he said he would and he was able to find the exact SUV I wanted. Which was no easy task with the microchip shortage. The SUV took about a month to come in and throughout the whole time Russell kept in contact with me every week to give me updates. He let me know what was happening with the SUV, when it got its microchip, when it was shipped out, and updates as to where it was. He also helped me to figure out about how much the monthly payments would be for the SUV before it got here so I would feel more comfortable. When the SUV was delivered he came in on his day off so I could get it. Russell was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the SUV and went over and showed me how to use all of them. He also said I could contact him, even after he had sold me the SUV, if I had any questions about it. I would definitely go back to Russell to buy another car and I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs a vehicle. He is truly amazing and Criswell is very fortunate to have him as an employee!
