ERVAST TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERY LAST DETAIL ABOUT THE CAR, OFFERED REFRESHMENTS TO ME AND MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. Wonderful Experience I stopped in and visited with Russell. He was very polite and honest and went to a great extent to help me find a car within my budgetary needs. I f I stopped in and visited with Russell. He was very polite and honest and went to a great extent to help me find a car within my budgetary needs. I felt very welcomed at the dealership and was not put under any pressure to buy a car. Russell took me out on more than one test drive with a Outlander Sport and overall provided excellent customer service. Russell has even been emailing and calling me after the sale to make sure I am adjusting to my new car well and aren’t having any problems. Most dealers don’t go that extra step and usually once you have bought a car they don’t give you the time of day. But not RC Hill. They are there for you and they truly care! I am very pleased with this dealership and I plan to get all service done here and plan to buy all future cars through them. I feel like RC Hill is truly the “car dealer next door”. The best car buying experience I've had. We have recently purchased our third Mitsubishi from RC Hill. Our salesman is Russell Ervast whom we have always dealt with and will do so if need be We have recently purchased our third Mitsubishi from RC Hill. Our salesman is Russell Ervast whom we have always dealt with and will do so if need be in the future. Russell is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the cars there at RC Hill. He is not a pushy salesman and takes all the time that we need to answer questions. We have felt very comfortable with his help through the whole purchase adventure. We have driven 35 miles out of our way to come to RC Hill and feel very comfortable in all of our experiences there. It is always a pleasant experience and especially would like to thank Russell for making it all happen for us. As far as your service dept. goes Barbara Jones is helpful and knowledgeable and we feel as though the travel time is worth it when using RC Hill's service. Barbara is another asset for your company.
