Fantastic Dealership, they will do everything they can in order to get you into the vehicle you desire. We absolutely loved our experience with R.C. Hill and Russell especially. I think having the no commission rule really works. Russell was so friendly and understanding. He gave us plenty of his time and was very patient. Because he also owns a Mitsubishi he was very knowledgeable about all the features the cars have to offer. When the sale was final after we had already taken hours of his time, he took the time to setup the Bluetooth in our car for both our phones and helped us get very familiar with the car before driving the car off the lot. He was awesome I will be telling others to go see him. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. This was definitely the best car buying experience we have ever had! I had searched the local dealership internet sites for a used late model Madza 6. The RC Hills site had a listing that for a car that fit my needs plus the price was lower than I expected to pay and lower used late model Madza 6. I was able to chat with a knowledgeable person online early in the morning before the dealership opened. She was able to discuss inventory availability, etc. Other sites I visited had people I could chat with, but they could only take my information and promise someone would get back to me later in the day. However, I needed to buy a car "now". I went to RC Hills hoping I would not have to do much haggling over price or have to look at cars in which I had no interest. Russell Ervast greeted me and let me know right off that the car buying experience at RC Hills would be different than what I expected. As a salesperson, he made no commission and therefore his interest was to help me find the car I truly wanted at a price I could afford and get financing. The finance guy, Bob, was just as knowledgeable and helpful as Russell. As a woman, I was nervous about buying a car on my own. I thought the car salesmen would "see me coming" and know I knew next to nothing about buying a car. Because of the way RC Hill sells cars, I knew I was not pushed into a deal I would later regret. I felt relaxed and comfortable through the whole process and I am very satisfied with my car. Plus I received a great comprehensive warrantee and free lifetime oil changes and tire rotation that I did not expect. Thank you RC Hills. More

Walked into the lot and Russell met us right away, no waiting even though we had not made an appointment in a very busy day. We told him we were only interested in the Outlander Sport and wanted to test waiting even though we had not made an appointment in a very busy day. No hustling, no pressure, the paperwork was completed fast, the financing was very quick and painless. our payments were very low and at the end of the day we drove out with a shiny brand new 2014 outlander sport! James took me out for the test drive and explained the features of the Outlander Sport I was interested in and then searched for available vehicles. Russell then took over when he was finished with the other client and finished the sale. I will recommend R C Hill Mitsubishi. More
