I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND R.C. HILL MITSUBISHI TO ANYONE!!! I was looking for a new car for my husband and listening to all different dealer ads on the radio to work. We inquired online. We were still shopping around when Russell gave us a call to see if we were still interested and would like to work with us. I kept listening to the R.C. Hill Mitsubishi ads on the radio and I came to the conclusion that we should check them out to see if they are true to their word. There was just something about the ad that I felt I could trust. The R.C. Hill ad just sounded like there was a no non-sense type about it. It was different than the rest. The other ads from other dealers seem like there is a bait and catch feel to it. It was the best decision we ever made. R.C. Hill is the best car dealer I have ever truly felt that I haven't just been fooled. I have been to several in my lifetime and even one of our own family members is a car dealer but I have never experienced the most friendly, honest, no hassle and true to their word dealer until now. Russell was straight forward, honest, thorough and fast. I have never been through the buying process of a car as fast as R.C. Hill. I have always been at a car dealer in the past for hours and all the while thinking this may be a mistake. But not at R.C. Hill. I am truly amazed at their customer service, knowledge, sales technique, financial department and the willingness to do what it takes to help out someone like us as hard working Americans that need a helping hand.
