When the sale was final after we had already taken hours of his time, he took the time to setup the Bluetooth in our car for both our phones and helped us get very familiar with the car before driving the car off the lot. I had searched the local dealership internet sites for a used late model Madza 6. The RC Hills site had a listing that for a car that fit my needs plus the price was lower than I expected to pay and lower used late model Madza 6. I was able to chat with a knowledgeable person online early in the morning before the dealership opened. She was able to discuss inventory availability, etc. Other sites I visited had people I could chat with, but they could only take my information and promise someone would get back to me later in the day. However, I needed to buy a car "now". I went to RC Hills hoping I would not have to do much haggling over price or have to look at cars in which I had no interest. Russell Ervast greeted me and let me know right off that the car buying experience at RC Hills would be different than what I expected. As a salesperson, he made no commission and therefore his interest was to help me find the car I truly wanted at a price I could afford and get financing. The finance guy, Bob, was just as knowledgeable and helpful as Russell. As a woman, I was nervous about buying a car on my own. I thought the car salesmen would "see me coming" and know I knew next to nothing about buying a car. Because of the way RC Hill sells cars, I knew I was not pushed into a deal I would later regret. I felt relaxed and comfortable through the whole process and I am very satisfied with my car. Plus I received a great comprehensive warrantee and free lifetime oil changes and tire rotation that I did not expect. Thank you RC Hills. More

As the miles began to stack up on my 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse, I decided it would be time to trade in soon. The car was great and I love it, but I was looking for a new car with warranty. I began researching the Outlander Sport and determined it to be the best value for the money. I live in Boca Raton, FL and knew that when I was ready, I would make the trip back to Deland to visit RC Hill after a great experience purchasing my Eclipse. I made an inquiry online and sales specialist Russell was quick to answer and offer his assistance. Over a week or so of communication I scheduled my test drive. Russell was able to provide insight on all of the great features of the Outlander Sport and assured me the purchase process would be as easy as possible.And he was absolutely right! Credit approval was quick and the manager Tom was able to assist with any questions I had on the finance contract. I was approved and out the door with the payment that works for me.
