This is our 5th vehicle purchase with RC Hill.I used to to live and work nearby,I had purchased a used Expedition,low mileage Galant and a new 08 Lancer,that I loved.Before we moved back to NY in 2010 my w to live and work nearby,I had purchased a used Expedition,low mileage Galant and a new 08 Lancer,that I loved.Before we moved back to NY in 2010 my wife picked out an 04 Cavalier that had 42,000 miles.this was our first experience with Russell at the dealership.He had spent the time helping my wife get through the painful process of getting a car with not so perfect credit.He had made her feel comfortable.Russell is a down to earth guy that is not pushy and is very knowledgeable about his inventory of vehicles.my wife loved her purchase and is still driving today sept 2013 ,107,000 miles.Now the reason I'm writing this today is because 3 years later,my wife and I are back living in Florida,about 45 min from dealership in Longwood.Let me say this, Russell has been in contact over the last three years,following up on my wife's purchase to make sure that she is still happy with her car and that they are always here for her service and oil changes.Well long story short,we have 7 and 8 year olds and I just found out I had another on way and I needed a reliable new vehicle for my new larger family to be.I scheduled an appointment with Russell because I could trust him and the dealership and not get the runaround that my wife had gotten at other dealerships.Russell hooked us up with a new 2013 Outlander(white).He knew everything about this vehicle because he owns one too.Painless purchase,Russell is a real asset,Tim Hagan was great to work with my fifth time.Thank you all at RC Hill.p.s. My first purchase of an Outlander was in 2004. Kristian & Barbara, the whole Service Department, have taken care of my automobile service needs with care, honesty & excellent skill. The weekend prior to my new purchase of my 2013 Outlander, I had problems with my ac & gas cap door. Seleana answered my call &, since the service department was closed, had me stop in. Troy & 2 other gentlemen took the time to assess my situation & opened the gas cap door for me so I could refuel. I work as a field nurse in Home Health Care & would not have been able to complete my assignments without their help. That act of kindness not only assisted me, it reached out to serve my patients. I brought my older car in on the following Monday, when my service appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, because further issues were occurring. "My old gal" did have over 103,000 miles on her. Kristian was very understanding. They even fit her in when their schedule opened up. He provided me with clear & fair options for her solutions. Needless to say, on Wednesday I was in to see Russell for purchase of a new car. The process was very smooth. Russell listened to me regarding my needs & preferences. He helped me choose the best car to meet those needs. Tim was very helpful in assessing my trade in, which was very fair & generous. Bob was able to explain to me the financing details of my new purchase. I had applied for preapproval with my credit union. RC Hill's staff found me a much better deal with the best coverage & easily affordable payments. The overall experience was so easy and enjoyable. The detail crew did the final touches for my new car so she drove off the lot shining. I am pleased with the newer features of my Outlander 2013. I rely on safe & comfortable transportation in my work. I truly have it. Thank you to all. More

I was shopping for a new car. RC Hill had the greatest selection of Mitsubishi's. I fell in love with the Lancer GT. When I called, I worked with Russell. He was Amazing!!! Most of the business was done o selection of Mitsubishi's. I fell in love with the Lancer GT. When I called, I worked with Russell. He was Amazing!!! Most of the business was done over the phone because I did not live close to dealership. He was extremely knowledgable of the car and was able to satisfy all the requests I had for the car. When I finally had a day to go up and purchase the car it was easy. He walked me through everything possible in the car and even hooked up my phone with the bluetooth!!! I love my Lancer and had an amazing experience purchasing my first car!!! More

Hello, I'm a 23 year old guy who moved up to Orlando a few months ago. My family and friends are still down in Miami but driving down in my 98 4Runner was costing me over $250 in a gas each weekend just a few months ago. I walked in the door looking for a 2012 Genesis they were selling. Russell was very straight forward and professional about all the info and likely hood of my getting approved at a rate that I could afford. Turns out the 2013 Lancer GT(with 4 miles on it!) was close to $6000 cheaper and more in my budget. He did not push me for the sale, spoke to me like I am a person and not some kid(which has happened to me before). After running the numbers I was approved at my budget and very happy with my purchase! Would recommend the dealership and Russell to anyone looking for a new or used car! More
