At RC Hill Mitsubishi the staff does not pressure you they are very friendly. We were greeted promptiy by Russell Ervast when we walked onto the lot. One of the things I noticed was there was no high pressure or pushiness on Russels part, which was appreciated. I arrived very early Monday morning before the dealership fully opened but Russell took time away from opening to help me find the 2 cars on the lot I was interested in. He explained up front that the dealership priced its cars based on the best price available for the customer. It confirmed the favorable prices I saw in my research on the dealership website the weekend before. Russell didn't make much small talk when I stepped into the vehicle I had chosen for a test drive. Instead he told me about the car and took his time showing it to me. After test driving the vehicle he explained that we would work the numbers and if I was happy we could deal and if I wasn't I was free not to take it. I liked the out he gave me. It relieved a lot of pressure. After all, I didn't need added pressure that the pressure of making a big ticket item purchase already provided in and of itself. I think the relief of the pressure of the sale by the dealership helped me relax enough to decide I really wanted the vehicle. It was very likely I would not have made the same decision if I was working with a high pressure dealership. High pressure automatically raises my suspicions. Russell worked well with the finance department to get the deal I explained to him I wanted. He stuck with that which I appreciated. While I was in finance, he moved everything from my old car to the new one. I got home and realized I forgot about the garage door opener I always keep on the car visor. To my surprise he had remembered that small but huge detail. More

The two vehicles that I was interested in from the website were actually there and not a bait and switch tactic. The pricing was straight forward and very reasonable. I was treated with respect and dignity. As a female this is important to me walking into a dealership. (I have walked into many and walked out extremely disappointed). I will not hesitate to recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi to my friends and family. We will be going back to RC Hill Mitsubishi when it is time for my husband to choose a new vehicle. I've bought two Mitsubishis from Russell and RC Hill Mitsubishi in the last two years and I would say that I've never had a more enjoyable car buying experience. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone w Mitsubishi in the last two years and I would say that I've never had a more enjoyable car buying experience. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone who knows the Mitsubishi products more thoroughly than Russell. He does everything he can do to get you the best deal that can be had. For an easy buying experience and a great price, you should definitely go see Russell and check out RC Hill Mitsubishi. As long as they are around, I won't be looking for vehicles anywhere else. More

I was in the market for a performance auto and have always wanted a Lancer Evolution for it's practicality and features. I reached a point in my life where I could afford one so I set out on finding t always wanted a Lancer Evolution for it's practicality and features. Evolutions are rare so not many dealerships carry them, and the ones that did were charging full MSRP for them and would not budge! Then I came across RC Hill and was just floored by the prices. I thought it was a scam to get you in the door, but after researching on various websites/forums it I found out that RC Hill is considered one of the best and most well respected Mitsubishi dealership in the nation. After my experience in dealing with them I COMPLETELY AGREE! I got an amazing deal on the car, over $4k BELOW MSRP, plus some extras I didn't expect(paint sealant treatment for free, free oil change, GAP included). Never during the process did I ever felt pressured nor was I ever given a sales pitch. Russell was knowledgeable, polite, and quick to return my emails. I love the car and I will recommend RC Hill to all my family and friends! More

While searching for a new car online, I came across this dealership with a fair deal on a new lancer. After making a call to see what they had in stock, my friend and I made the 400+ mile road trip overnigh dealership with a fair deal on a new lancer. After making a call to see what they had in stock, my friend and I made the 400+ mile road trip overnight to R.C.Hill to see about getting an SE. Russell Ervast was the salesman that wound up handling the deal and he was very helpful with my questions as a first time buyer. After a couple test drives and some help from their finance department (they got me a slightly better loan deal than the bank I had originally gone through) I wound up moving up to a new 2012 lancer GT. The whole experience was a positive one, and if I have friends or family in need of a Mitsubishi in the future, I'll recommend they look into R.C.Hill. More

We had been shopping for several weeks for a 4WD SUV or 4WD 4-door truck, from private parties and manufacturers' dealerships and independent dealers. We saw vehicles that were touted excellent that were pretty worn or had repairs indicated, silly low offers for our trade-in, and the kind of jockeying about that characterizes most car buying experiences. We continued to shop. Since we both work 40 or more hours weekly we did a lot of online research. We were drawn to R C Hill Mitsubishi because their website showed 3 vehicles fitting our specs & well-priced!!! Sent an e-mail, and got a response within a few minutes. All questions were answered promptly. Russell communicated with us through the day and accommodated our work hours. We test drove the 3 vehicles that night, & chose the 2007 Dodge Durango with 66K miles. The price was already clearly indicated and the offer on our trade-in was favorable. It's refreshing to actually know what the true price and true trade-in numbers were. I appreciated Russell's demeanor. He educated us on R C's sales and service policies and procedures, was respectful, and facilitated our purchase. This dealership has reworked the method of selling cars, and everyone there from the owner on down is on board. We will absolutely start any future vehicle shopping right there, and have already told several people about this experience. More
