This was my first experience with RCHill, in DeLand, honestly I have never thought about a Mitsubishi before. I received a voucher in the mail stating that my current payment could be reduced, so I call honestly I have never thought about a Mitsubishi before. I received a voucher in the mail stating that my current payment could be reduced, so I called the dealership and Russell answered the telephone, I advised him of the voucher and he told me to bring it in. I went in and I noticed that he had my name on the glass board as he marked a line thorugh it. As soon as I walked in, my first question was "is this a gimmick" he replied, "no, we can actually reduce your payment. So, I sat down did prelimanary paperwork, then took a test drive and the rest is history, I now am a proud owner of a 2012 Galant and my payment is reduced!!!!!!!!. From the time I met Russell he was friendly, and appeared to do all he could to find the right vehicle for me. Russell had two other customers come back in, but he continued to work with me and told me, "that I was important" and of course that made me feel good. Russell made sure I had a clear understanding of the transaction and made sure I tried the Starbucks coffee. Actually, the entire staff appeard to be friendly, from the top person to the person who detailed the cars for purchase, they all smiled and said "hello". I am glad I received that voucher and I am pleased with the hospitable treatment and service that I received, it really made my experience painless and enjoyable. I shared my experience with my friends and would encourage anyone to check out RC Hill for the family environment and to observe the teamwork.
