This is the fourth car I've bought from R.C. Hill. I love this dealership and all of its employees, and I really love all of my Mitsubishi cars (Lancers and Galant), too. I've had the pleasure of buying two of my cars with Russell Ervast. He never pressures me, he answers all of my questions courteously and in detail, and is up front about everything. He knows the vehicles inside and out. On the business side, I've always appreciated the effort that Mike, Tom and Bob have put into providing me with a fantastic deal. They've always gone above and beyond, handling the transactions professionally, competently, and efficiently. I've always walked away delighted with the terms of the deal and the wonderful new car. On the service side, Barbara, Kris, and the rest of the staff have always gone above and beyond to provide superb service and, on one occasion, after a car accident, to work flawlessly with my insurance company to repair the car, provide a loaner, and take all the fear out of what had just happened to me. I actually ENJOY buying a car at R.C. Hill and even taking it in for service. I can't say I've ever felt that way about any other dealer. They really do treat their customers like family, and it's a pleasure to go somewhere where they all know me and do everything they can to get me what I want and need. Thank you, R.C. I came to the dealership in search of a 2011 Lance GTS. I found a great internet price and called the dealership right away and talked to Russell Ervast. When i arrived at the dealer and met Russell i was instantly impressed with his knowledge and expertise of the vehicle i was interested in. I decided to buy that vehicle and the rest of the buying process was a breeze. Russell was never pushy and was helpful throughout the entire process. Overall i could not be happier with my buying experience and the staff at RC Hill Mitsubishi. Thanks for the great car! More

Second purchase from this dealership for myself, but between family members about 7 total. They have a good selection of new vehicles despite being a smaller car lot compared to the big ones in DeLand, between family members about 7 total. I picked both vehicles I purchased from them off their internet website where they have Internet Prices. They do list there vehicles lower then comparable ones from other dealerships, making the 'Haggling' part of the deal far easier. Russell was one of the best for salesmen I have worked with in the car buying world. Quite knowledgeable even about other makes then Mitsubishi. When he didn't' know a couple things about the Super Duty he looked them up for me instead of guessing. More
