I found RC Hill Mitsubishi on the internet when I was looking for a 2010 Evo SE. This is a relatively difficult car to find, so I was skeptical when RC Hill advertised 2 of them at a price that was anywh looking for a 2010 Evo SE. This is a relatively difficult car to find, so I was skeptical when RC Hill advertised 2 of them at a price that was anywhere from $5K to $7K below most other dealers. I provided my name and contact info and was called within a day or so by Russell Ervast. Russell confirmed the price for me and explained RC Hills pricing strategy. He was very helpful in providing information about the car as well as financing options. Unlike my experiences with several other dealers/salespeople, I was never asked the typical "moronic" questions (e.g., "so what will it take for you to drive this home today?" or "What are you trying to accomplish today?"). Russell invited me to stop by and take the car out for a test drive - something few dealers will et you do for an Evo. I live more than 3 hours from RC Hill, and made the drive to Deland on a Sunday. I arrived late in the afternoon and decided to buy the car. I felt bad that the transaction would likely require Russell and some of the others to stay late, but never once did they make me feel uncomfortable. R.C. Hill (the owner) was even there and we discussed cars while I was waiting for my new car to be "detailed." Bottom line: great folks, great service and great pricing. My only regret is that I will likely not get to "test" there service department as they are a bit far from me. Thanks again Russell and everyone at RC Hill. More

Great price and friendly staff. Russell was very patient with us as we test drove almost every vehicle on the lot (only a slight exaggeration). Well worth the drive from Orlando. Russell Ervast was great in showing us the ropes of the 2011 Outlander Sport. This Dealer has the best prices in Central Florida. Will definitely come back for my next car. High Recommended. I had the best car buying experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi. Before coming to the dealership I saw a paticular on line on Auto Trader and called to make sure the car was available. When I arrived the car was parked up front for me to view and test drive. Salesman Russell Ervast was extremely nice and helpful. The sales manager Tom worked out a deal for me that was unbelievable. I not only got a great car but a great deal. Russell was very patient as he stayed after closing to show me all of the features of my 2008 Lexus IS 250. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2hrs. I will definitely refer anyone who is looking for a new or used car to RC Hill Mitsubishi. Excellent customer service. They were the best! Russell even called the day after the sale to let me know I left my sunglasses in my trade. The sales manager seemed to have a sense of humor and didn't subject me to the back and forth grind that I hate. The F&I guy even understood the word NO the first time when he offered me the usual closing extras. I will recommend this dealership to friends. More

We drove 100 miles to this dealership to purchase our Lancer because of the great service that we received from Russell. We had gone to another dealership closer to home and was told that the vehicle I Lancer because of the great service that we received from Russell. I called RC Hill because of an online ad that I saw featuring the 2010 Lancer for $11,980. Russell went through the information with me on how they figure that price. He explained everything in great detail and assured me that there would be no hidden fees or any extra charges. When we showed up at the dealership the following day to pick up the car, the price was exactly what he had promised me over the phone. No hidden fees or extra charges included. My husband and I will definately return to see Russell to purchase an additional vehicle in the future. More

They had such a great selection in used cars with LOW miles, and in our price range. Russel made us feel comfortable, never pressured us, was very knowledgeable, and personable. (that goes for his sales manager as well) There was no "game playing" with pricing. Finding a car was great, but having great customer service made it that much better! The following is a letter I sent to RC Hill, owner on 8/17/10 Dear Mr. Hill, Ironically, I just returned home from your dealership this evening. I purchased the Silver 2010 EVO (right off the sho 8/17/10 Dear Mr. Hill, Ironically, I just returned home from your dealership this evening. I purchased the Silver 2010 EVO (right off the showroom floor). I'm so excited about my new car that I'm thinking about getting back in it and driving for another hour. First, let me say that it's been almost 10 years since my wife and I purchased a New vehicle. My experience with new car dealers has been nothing short of terrible and I have dreaded buying a car from anyone other than a private person. High pressure sales, Shady Finance guy, Not honoring follow-up service...I'm sure you understand. Your Sales staff surprised the hell out of me. My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Let me tell you about them: Russell is a "straight shooter" who is very knowledgable about the cars he sells. He knew the in and outs of the EVO and was able to proficiently show them to us. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was honest with me during negotiation. Not one time did Russell employ any High-pressure sales. Basically, he told us what we needed to know and let the car sell itself. Also, all information was out in the open...no hidden fee here and extra charge there. This was a refreshing change to how I was accustomed to dealing with salesmen. After we took delivery of the car, Russell also spent several minutes explaining how to work/adjust all the vehicle controls before sending us on our way. Tom also treated me with fairness and honesty. Even though I had obtained financing through my bank at a very low rate, Tom still offered to try and beat it. I am so glad he did because after I left your dealership yesterday I spoke with my bank to inform them I found a car to buy. I was told that the loan officer would look at the paperwork Tuesday morning and call me first thing. Well, by this afternoon, no call. When my wife called them she was told that no one could get to our paperwork for another 1-2 days. Far from what I was told on Monday. When I returned home from work today (an hour late), heard this news, and finally calmed down, I called Tom. He told me that he had financing ready to go at a rate that was acceptable to my budget. If not for Tom's "extra mile" I would have had to wait for my OWN bank to get off its a$$ before I could have picked up my new car. Tim, another great person who was Friendly, Upfront, and Honest. Methodically, he went through the finance paperwork and explained everything we were signing. Again, no secret fees or hidden charges...everything was there in black and white as Tom said on the phone earlier. In closing, Thank you for making this the best new car buying experience I've ever had. Don't be surprised if you see me again when my SUV finally gives out. Sincerely, Don N. More
