The price on the Outlander and Lancer (on the internet) is what caught my attention and brought us in as they were competitive in price with what I would pay for a late model used vehicle at CarMax. I was a little disappointed that the listed price on the internet is not exactly what I "qualified" for but I do believe that they did give me a more than fair trade-in price for my vehicle so it was close. I bought a Mitsubishi back in August 2009 and just love the car. It has great pickup and drives very comfortably. Last year I purchased a Mitsu Galant for the wife. When it came time to retire the Jimmy, I went back to RCHill and bought a Mitsu Outlander. I was impressed with the dealer the first time and I am agai it came time to retire the Jimmy, I went back to RCHill and bought a Mitsu Outlander. My wife and I were not totally sure what kind of vehicle we wanted, we were more interested in reducing our monthly vehicle payment and RC Hill Mitsubishi had several vehicles on their lot that would fit ou we wanted, we were more interested in reducing our monthly vehicle payment and RC Hill Mitsubishi had several vehicles on their lot that would fit our budget. Russell Ervast was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable and showed us several vehicle types and explained the pluses and minuses of each. Not once did Russell try and pressure us into a vehicle we were not completely comfortable with. Russell is truly a professional and not your typical sleazy car salesman if he had been we would have taken our business elsewhere. More

Russell is a great salesman that does not try to rush you or push you into a sale. He lets the product sell you but at the same time he is very knowledgable about the product.
