Out of all the cars I purchased this was one of the easiest. My salesmen Russell Ervast was not only very upfront with info but he knew his product. I did visit a Mitsubishi dealer before to look at this car and the salesperson didn’t know half of what Russell knew. After Russell the area that is the hardest the finance manger Bob Young was great with ZERO pressure and found me a great interest rate. More

I went in to check out an 2011 Evo MR, scheduled a test drive appt with Russell. Car was parked right out front when i got there. I found RC Hill Mitsubishi on the internet when I was looking for a 2010 Evo SE. This is a relatively difficult car to find, so I was skeptical when RC Hill advertised 2 of them at a price that was anywh looking for a 2010 Evo SE. This is a relatively difficult car to find, so I was skeptical when RC Hill advertised 2 of them at a price that was anywhere from $5K to $7K below most other dealers. I provided my name and contact info and was called within a day or so by Russell Ervast. Russell confirmed the price for me and explained RC Hills pricing strategy. He was very helpful in providing information about the car as well as financing options. Unlike my experiences with several other dealers/salespeople, I was never asked the typical "moronic" questions (e.g., "so what will it take for you to drive this home today?" or "What are you trying to accomplish today?"). Russell invited me to stop by and take the car out for a test drive - something few dealers will et you do for an Evo. I live more than 3 hours from RC Hill, and made the drive to Deland on a Sunday. I arrived late in the afternoon and decided to buy the car. I felt bad that the transaction would likely require Russell and some of the others to stay late, but never once did they make me feel uncomfortable. R.C. Hill (the owner) was even there and we discussed cars while I was waiting for my new car to be "detailed." Bottom line: great folks, great service and great pricing. My only regret is that I will likely not get to "test" there service department as they are a bit far from me. Thanks again Russell and everyone at RC Hill. More

When I arrived the car was parked up front for me to view and test drive. Salesman Russell Ervast was extremely nice and helpful. The sales manager Tom worked out a deal for me that was unbelievable. I not only got a great car but a great deal. Russell was very patient as he stayed after closing to show me all of the features of my 2008 Lexus IS 250. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2hrs. I will definitely refer anyone who is looking for a new or used car to RC Hill Mitsubishi. Excellent customer service. They were the best!
