I bought a preowned 2015 Jaguar T-Type from them this past September. I saw the car on their ad on the internet. Since I live in Austin I conducted the purchase over the phone. My salesman Russell Morgan past September. I saw the car on their ad on the internet. Since I live in Austin I conducted the purchase over the phone. My salesman Russell Morgan and used car manager Lee Mitchell both personally guaranteed me the car had been thoroughly examined by their service department and was in excellent running condition. They both told me they had actually driven the car. I thought they were a reputable dealership so I believed them and I had it shipped to me. When I first started the car the check engine light came on, it was running rough and blowing smoke very badly. I took it to Jaguar of Austin to run a diagnostic check and they gave me an estimate of $4109 but they said it could possibly run much more once they got into the engine. I contacted Lee Mitchell and he said “too bad you bought the car without a warranty so now it’s your problem”. Lee Mitchell also said he discussed this with Abiy Berehe the General Manager of the dealership and he said he concurred that they would do nothing and now it was my problem. I called Mr. Berehe several times and left messages but he never returned my calls. Now I’m left with hiring an attorney at a cost of several hundred dollars or maybe even a couple thousand to make this right. TOYOTA OF ROCKWALL IS A DEALERSHIP WITHOUT INTEGRITY AND I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THEM!!! More

Great experience! Russell went out of his way to make this sale work for us! I was trying to help my nephew Kelton get a car to get him back on his feet and indecent after a near fatal accident and lon this sale work for us!
