Russell is my service manager advisor who makes sure I’m always up to dat on everything! Doesn’t give me lots of extra unnecessary services other dealerships try to stick you with. Absolute worst experience we have ever received at a dealership. It took them 7 weeks to fix our car and in that time we received little to no communication. The entire time we were told our car was b dealership. It took them 7 weeks to fix our car and in that time we received little to no communication. The entire time we were told our car was being kept inside including the day we picked it up, after we had walked in and saw it parked outside. When the car was left it was immaculate and when we picked it up it was filthy and had bird droppings all over it. Which anyone knows ruins the paint. After this experience we contacted the general manager who did not even care enough to return our call. It is clear that customer service is not a priority at this dealership. The only person who even tries to be helpful was the night receptionist who did her best to assist us at no avail. More

Worst service ever. Going on 3 weeks with our car and still waiting. Can you believe that?Called several times, always transferred us to Russell. No answer, No call back. Needed the car for travel, now w still waiting. Can you believe that?Called several times, always transferred us to Russell. No answer, No call back. Needed the car for travel, now we have to rent a car, because of these people. No respect for us. Completely inconsiderate. They have lost any business from this family for sure. They can Thank Russell for that. More

All people are thorough, knowledgeable,courteous and efficient. However survey is not courteous or efficient.
