Prior to ordering with Karen @ James Wood, I called 17 dealersh I’m particular, Sales Consultant Karen Pattison is an extraordinary sales individual. Prior to ordering with Karen @ James Wood, I called 17 dealerships in Texas looking for a Tahoe. Karen was the only individual to take the time and explain the process. She convinced me to order to get the exact Tahoe I desired. Along the way she texted or called me every week with an update. Once receiving my Tahoe she explained every detail to me. Since bringing my Tahoe home I’ve received calls from a couple of James Wood management ensuring 100% satisfaction. I am recommending everyone to James Wood in Decatur! More
