I want to tell you about my wonderful experience with Dugan Chevrolet in Avon, IN. There was no hassle or haggling at this dealership and I was treated with dignity as a female shopper…which was so refr Dugan Chevrolet in Avon, IN. There was no hassle or haggling at this dealership and I was treated with dignity as a female shopper…which was so refreshing (considering my past experience with car sales people and finance departments). Travis and Rusty went above and beyond what was required of them and I am very impressed by their honesty and helpfulness in locating and purchasing my vehicle. It was worth the trip from Indianapolis to Avon (and Travis even delivered the car right to my front door the next day)!! It was truly a blessing for me to purchase my new car at Dugan Chevrolet and I am certain that everyone who walks through their doors (or on the lot) will be treated well. I love my new 2012 Cruze!! I had previously purchased an Equinox from Dugan's and it was totalled in a severe car accident. Dugan's had been such a pleasure to work with the first time that it was the first place that I thought of to was totalled in a severe car accident. Dugan's had been such a pleasure to work with the first time that it was the first place that I thought of to go find another vehicle. They were all absolutely wonderful to work with during this process. I appreciate a place of of business that was concerned with their customer and making sure that they got the best deal Dugan's could give them. When we arrived at the dealership we were looking at a car, however after driving the vehicle we decided it wasn't for us. Travis then showed us an SUV, that we perfect for what we needed.
