Even though my dealer , Ry'n Nabeeh was off, he had a fully capable and enthusiastic dealer named Ali ready to take care of my needs when I arrived. In the last three weeks I have visited the dealership numerous times and each time I changed my mind about what I was looking for but staff Ry'n adjusted without complaint, hassle, or frustration. I finally walked away with a car today that I am satisfied with. Ali treated me like I was one of her loyal customers and gave me the red carpet treatment. She was juggling 2 to 3 customers at a time and didn't miss a beat. Hat's off to the owner and her all-star team! More

My wife knew she had to have a minivan, and told Ry'n exactly what she wanted. When she took the Sienna out for a test drive he explained how all of it's features would meet her business needs. We kept him there for a good 4 hours after closing with our indecisiveness, but Ry'n was extremely patient and even took the time to explain every feature after the deal was done and the doors were locked! You were right Ry'n, we love our new van. Thank you for your time and, more importantly, YOUR HONESTY! It's refreshing to walk into a dealership and not have to deal with a high pressure, fast talking salesman. More

Their small town, local ownership vibe makes you feel like family throug Sierra Toyota is by far the best dealership I have dealt with over the years. Their small town, local ownership vibe makes you feel like family throughout the buying process and that is because you are family. From the moment I stepped on their lot I felt as though I was talking to a family member not a sales person. I could immediately tell that my salesperson, R'yn Nabeeh, was not the same as the pushy, uninformed sales people at the "other" local dealerships in town. And this is directly attributed to the culture that Sierra Toyota has created. Ry'n was extremely knowledgeable on all the Toyota vehicles, and especially on the Toyota Tacoma which I was interested in. He was able to answer all my questions and was patient with me as I chose between three different Tacoma models and their features. At no point did R'yn try to "get the deal done" or push me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He simply walked me through all of the possible options, prices, payments, etc. and laid it all out there for me to see and allowed me to make my decision. I highly encourage anybody considering purchasing a vehicle to get in contact with R'yn Nabeeh at Sierra Toyota. You will not be disappointed. More
