Ryn was fantastic as always. We purchased our first car from Ry'n about 3 years ago. When we worked with him he was honest, straight forward and we felt absolutely no pressure at We purchased our first car from Ry'n about 3 years ago. When we worked with him he was honest, straight forward and we felt absolutely no pressure at all. We got a great deal and a great car. Sadly, despite doing all the maintenance required and taking very good car of the car the engine started having issues. Ry'n worked with us to try and find a solution where we could keep the car and get it fixed, but sadly that wasn't a good option for us financially, so we started looking for a new to us vehicle. We found a couple vehicles that were within our price range and that would fit our needs and we started the application process. We quickly found out that because we were under on our current car it was making it hard to get approved on the new car despite great and good credit scores. Ry's said there were some things they could do help us get into the car we needed and he would speak with the fiance manager. About a day later Ry'n returned some bad news and stated that the fiance manager said we would never get approved for a loan by anyone and there was nothing the fiance manager could do to solve that. Ry'n suggested we go down to NFCU and apply for a loan there to get the vehicle we had decided on. He was confident we would get approved there. After about 20 minutes at NFCU we were not only approved but had a great interest rate to go along with our new car. We headed back to the dealer and then purchased the car we had been looking at. Ry'n was an absolute pleasure to work with and knew what he was doing and talking about and we cannot thank him enough for helping us through this process despite all the hiccups. If we had not gotten the loan through NFCU we would have likely taken our business elsewhere, despite being taken care of so well by Ry'n. After our purchase one of the managers commented that he was glad we stuck with them through this entire process and that they were ultimately happy to get us in the vehicle we wanted. I explained the difficulties we had with the the fiance guy and he was shocked as he stated the ways Ry'n had tried to help with the financing were things they did all the time and seemed puzzled that the fiance guy would not try harder to help us get the loan. I don't understand it either, but the fiance guy almost cost them a loyal customer and I would have gladly repeated my poor experiences with the fiance guy and not suggested giving them any more business despite Ry'n's stellar performance. Someone needs to look in to why the fiance guy was not willing to work with us and Ry'n and it was apparent that others were shocked he would not do things he did for others. More

I have taken some of my vehicles to places that specialize in exotic cars and the service and care of my vehicles has always been better here at sierra Toyota than anywhere in Phoenix or San Diego I have been. Prices are fair, and work is fantastic. Best of all they are consistent and prove again and again that they are honest when i have shopped around. If you have never done it, I HIGHLY recommend a detail and engine steam. Your car will come out looking like the day you bought it every time. Gabe Rendon always makes sure that everything is done top notch and manages to always deliver the best possible service. Another huge kudos is to the parts department. Prices are good, parts are OEM, and there are even parts that Sean Horneday was able to get me that i searched online for 6 months for and no one was able to get. These guys made it happen for my 86 build and everything else I could think of. More
