I have been impressed with the quality of service from everything from maintenance to sales. We have had nothing but the best service. I am very loyal to this dealership. I did not even consider going to another dealership for the purchase of my new vehicle. More

Their small town, local ownership vibe makes you feel like family throughout the buying process and that is because you are family. From the moment I stepped on their lot I felt as though I was talking to a family member not a sales person. I could immediately tell that my salesperson, R'yn Nabeeh, was not the same as the pushy, uninformed sales people at the "other" local dealerships in town. And this is directly attributed to the culture that Sierra Toyota has created. Ry'n was extremely knowledgeable on all the Toyota vehicles, and especially on the Toyota Tacoma which I was interested in. He was able to answer all my questions and was patient with me as I chose between three different Tacoma models and their features. At no point did R'yn try to "get the deal done" or push me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He simply walked me through all of the possible options, prices, payments, etc. and laid it all out there for me to see and allowed me to make my decision. I highly encourage anybody considering purchasing a vehicle to get in contact with R'yn Nabeeh at Sierra Toyota. You will not be disappointed. More

Ry'n Nabeeh was very kind and wasn't pushy i I was in the market for a used car, so I arrived at the dealership a couple of times just to look around. Ry'n Nabeeh was very kind and wasn't pushy in trying to have me fill out paperwork or incessantly calling me. He knew when I needed time to think about things and also readily answered any questions I had. I hadn't planned on spending all day at the dealership but, he made the time go by fast and smooth by making conversation and telling stories the whole time. Needless to say, I had an exceptional experience and would gladly recommend Sierra Toyota Dealership and Ry'n Nabeeh. More

The warranty is better than the dealerships were offering for used vehicles in Phoenix. We love the car! We had been looking for over a month for a Prius. REALLY wasn't looking to buy, BUT.. I went to the Toyota dealer with my Old Faithful 2006 Tundra, not because she needed service, but because there was a mandatory recall on the passenge I went to the Toyota dealer with my Old Faithful 2006 Tundra, not because she needed service, but because there was a mandatory recall on the passenger airbags, and while I was waiting, Gabe in Service (nice guy) suggested I have a seat in the waiting room....or in one of the newer vehicles. Just out of curiosity, my husband and I checked out the price of a new Tundra, decided we still liked Old Faithful because she was paid for, and then just started roaming around. Soon enough, Dean Benton came over and started chatting with us, and we talked about everything under the sun. I made it clear I wasn't there to buy, and that he shouldn't waste his time, and he said that he wasn't wasting any time, that he was just enjoying chatting with us. While he was chatting, Dean starting showing us all the new options that these new-fangled cars can do, and I was pretty impressed, so impressed that I started thinking, and before I knew it, I was looking at cars. One thing lead to another. I NEVER, not even ONCE, felt pressured. I always felt comfortable, welcomed, and in excellent hands. Ry'n, another salesperson, was also around, and I kept asking him questions, and both Dean and Ry'n always stopped and made me feel like my questions were important and deserved complete answers. Scott in Finance showed up, and went over the fine details as well. I even got to meet Elsie, and spend a moment chatting with her. I work in customer service myself, so I know the value of excellent customer service, and I could not give any place a higher recommendation. If you are looking to buy a car, and possibly even if you aren't, Sierra Toyota is where you need to be, with these people. More

Sierra Toyota Rocks!!! After so many rejections and declines i didn't think one more could hurt. I went to them and told them what i had to work with and i told the truth my credit is crap i test drove a vehicle i really like and as usual i filled out paperwork and left with a smile of hope but had the habit of denied in my head ... Well just like the salesman had told to my dismay he called me and out of habit i said right away i know but thank you anyways and that's when it happened i was told you got approved i questioned them like 5 times don't play with me i said .. and the salesman said i'm not come in tomorrow and i did after all the paperwork was done and trade in taking care of i felt tears build in my eyes of joy they made my Christmas wish come true ... would i recommend Sierra Toyota yes i would Ry'n and Scott are a great team they gave me hope again and a new ride for Christmas Thank you guys you Two rock.......... Once it arrived the experience in finalizing the deal was very quick, no hassles, no gimmicks, no tricks...just straight facts and it was done...less than an hour. Ryn did an outstanding job and was so very helpful. I would not hesitate to come back to Ryn for a second and will happily refer others to him as well. PS. Great customer service So, I took my Tundra in for service. While I was waiting, I was wandering the used care sale lot. Kind of looking for a smaller car. I said I was looking for a smaller car just getting an idea of what was on the lot and the prices. He said okay. A few minutes later here comes another sales person Ry'n Nabeeh. He asked if he could help. I told him the same thing. He said okay. During this whole time I'm just walking around looking not really interested in actually purchasing. He asked me a few more questions I answered. He pointed out a smaller car then I thought I wanted. Nissan Juke. I told him I never even heard of that car. See I have a problem with small 4 cylinder cars. I told him I didn't want to do the Fred Flintstone to make it leave a light. He laughed. He said I should test drive. I'm thinking sure??? He went and got the key and we took it out. To my surprise it was perfect. We stopped by an event my husband was attending. I showed him the car. The rest is history. I now own the Nissan Juke. I am very happy with the car. I am very happy that Ry'n took the time and listened to what I wanted the price I wanted to stay within.
