Pros: Everyone was friendly and easy to work with, the buying process was relatively smooth. Cons: I wasn’t informed there would be a $5,000 market up-charge on the vehicle vs what was advertised onlin buying process was relatively smooth. Also had to get my own Uber ride home after dropping off my trade-in as the dealers Uber account had a past due balance. More

We went in, not knowing if we'd get approved. The staff were able to make it happen. Todd was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was upfront about any problems. 1-We were promised a car while our new vehicle was worked on, but one was not ready. 2-They would not return calls and you cannot ever get transferred to a person. 3-They got under carriage protective fi on, but one was not ready. 2-They would not return calls and you cannot ever get transferred to a person. 3-They got under carriage protective film on the door of our new vehicle. 4-We live in Salt Lake and they didn’t feel it was a big deal to drive out to them to fix this error.
