When it turned out that the A3 was affected by the VW/Audi emissions problem, we opted to have Audi buy back the A3 (for a price that was more than fair, we thought!). We had such a positive experience with how Audi has handled this unfortunate circumstance that, even though we looked at other cars, we came back to Audi and bought the Q3. The whole process has been handled seamlessly, and we are thrilled with the new car. Ryan Bonino has been particularly terrific helping us navigate this months-long process. We are loyal Audi fans! More

After meeting him in person he spent time with us test driving an A4, advising us and then ordering a vehicle exactly to our requirements.
