I've been taking my car here for service even though I'm out in the city mostly because they make me feel comfortable and go out of their way to save me money. I've been a customer both on the sales side as well on the service side and they've always treated me with respect. When car prices are mainly dictated by the market anyways, what your really looking for in a dealer is that trustworthiness and service quality and Ray Chevy does both of those things excellently.
