My salesman David Hoover was amazing. He knew all about the tech options on the vehicle that we were interested in. He was helpful in finding the exact suv we wanted. Unfortunately my experience went downhill from there. I was extremely displeased to be blindsided by a terrible interest rate after waiting for over 4 hours to try to get the deal done. Ive bought alot of vehicles in my life, and this was the only time i felt smacked in the face. Definitely an opportunity for improvement. Let your customers make an informed decision based upon factual information before making them wait for 4 hours and feel pressured to say yes to a not so fair deal. More

New car buying can be a painful process, but Tony C. and team made it rather painless. We feel strongly about the deal we received on our new vehicle and credit that to Paramount Kia wanting to have the best price. I’m not sure we could’ve found a better deal on a new EV9 at any of the Kia delearships in the Charlotte metro area. More

I purchased a 2022 Sorento everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. But when the salesperson gave me the key he told me there was only 1 key fob and that they would not pay . He gave me the name of the knowledgeable. But when the salesperson gave me the key he told me there was only 1 key fob and that they would not pay . He gave me the name of the key man told me I could call and that they may pay half . I do not feel that I should pay anything I am not the one that failed to get the key fob.from the customer. Also I was expecting the car to be completely cleaned up I believe it was ran through a car wash and never touched inside. I bought my Kia Soul in 2012 and I have been very pleased with this dealer and the service department for the past 13 years but I am disappointed this time . More

We did not plan to buy a car this past week, but stumbled upon one we wanted to take a look at. After realizing that one was too many miles for our budget, I discovered a 22 Buick that fit the bill. Tony was upon one we wanted to take a look at. After realizing that one was too many miles for our budget, I discovered a 22 Buick that fit the bill. Tony was such a pleasure to work with, even if the battery in the key fob was upside down to start. We feel like we got a very fair deal and honestly we’re surprised me qualified for financing.
