My salesman David Hoover was amazing. He knew all about the tech options on the vehicle that we were interested in. He was helpful in finding the exact suv we wanted. Unfortunately my experience went downhill from there. I was extremely displeased to be blindsided by a terrible interest rate after waiting for over 4 hours to try to get the deal done. Ive bought alot of vehicles in my life, and this was the only time i felt smacked in the face. Definitely an opportunity for improvement. Let your customers make an informed decision based upon factual information before making them wait for 4 hours and feel pressured to say yes to a not so fair deal. More

We feel strongly about the deal we received on our new vehicle and credit that to Paramount Kia wanting to have the best price. I’m not sure we could’ve found a better deal on a new EV9 at any of the Kia delearships in the Charlotte metro area. More
