I purchased a 2022 Sorento everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. But when the salesperson gave me the key he told me there was only 1 key fob and that they would not pay . He gave me the name of the key man told me I could call and that they may pay half . I do not feel that I should pay anything I am not the one that failed to get the key fob.from the customer. Also I was expecting the car to be completely cleaned up I believe it was ran through a car wash and never touched inside. I bought my Kia Soul in 2012 and I have been very pleased with this dealer and the service department for the past 13 years but I am disappointed this time . More
