Honda was very professional. One standout for me was the customer service provided by Robbie, Ryan and Zellner. Robbie and Ryan did great in sales and finance but Zellner should be recognized for exceptiona customer service provided by Robbie, Ryan and Zellner. Responsive but not pushy. Answered questions fully and without hype. Good professional attention. The "Genius Bar" is a great idea and Darius Aponte did a terrific job of leading us through the new techno without hype. Good professional attention. Semsa Rizvic listened carefully, put together the car we wanted, and answered questions accurately and in a timely manner. We are repeat customers and have been pleased with the Honda vehicles and the teams at Honda World. The only drawback was emails from Mike Porro, which were not needed or appreciated. More

Overall good experience. But, I really wanted to do as much of the process I could ahead of time to avoid being there all day. I filled out an online credit app, tried to do the EZ Purchase online, commun much of the process I could ahead of time to avoid being there all day. I filled out an online credit app, tried to do the EZ Purchase online, communicated this desire over the phone, etc and still had to fill out the same paperwork again, and really nothing was taken care of ahead of time. Ended up having to be there twice for 2-3 hours each time. More
