Very good experience. Initial contact via internet. Quick response from the dealership, with follow up from the owner (although I’m sure it really wasn’t the owner), it nice touch. So, no hassle, no negotiation, price seemed good, but, you never really know. Sales rep was very helpful, and listened, not over bearing. Finance was great, didn’t try to pressure me to buy warranties. And finally the delivery person, spent lots of time explaining all the complexities of the new vehicle and welcomed my wife to contact her if she wanted or needed assistance. Overall, a really nice experience at Honda World. More

I needed to replace my Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid, and I could not locate one anywhere in Texas, which forced me into an out of state purchase, something I hadn't done before. Robbie from Honda World a I could not locate one anywhere in Texas, which forced me into an out of state purchase, something I hadn't done before. Robbie from Honda World assisted me with various options of shipping a vehicle vs coming to the dealership. After evaluating those options I decide to fly to Louisville and purchase the vehicle. Honda World Sales and Finance teams worked to make the process as easy as possible. We did as much paperwork as possible the days leading up to the purchase. I flew to Louisville and within a couple of hours I had arrived at the dealership, completed the purchase & delivery setup and got a nice recommendation for lunch. Honda World provided excellent customer service. I wish they were close to me so they could be my local dealer. More

The customer service both today, Sunday and every visit to Louisville Honda World has been exemplary. Lollie located the perfect car and her help with the sale was awesome. First & foremost, Hondas are the very best autos. Mr. Hailey, Mr. Carter & Mrs. Kapfer were excellent . I would recommend this dealership. Robbie Hailey was my salesman. He was very friendly & answered a Hailey, Mr. Carter & Mrs. Kapfer were excellent . I would recommend this dealership. Robbie Hailey was my salesman. He was very friendly & answered all of my questions. Ryan Carter was the finance manager & the process was very informative & easy to complete. Brook Kepfer was my delivery specialist. She reviewed the accessories & made sure that I had a understanding of how to access & operate them. Brook was very pleasant & assisted in connecting my phone & set my radio preferences. I was a little disappointed that the sensor package was not the same as what I had on my Accord model. Robbie Hailey & the manager Shawn worked to have a rear sensor included for my CR-V at no additional cost. I really appreciated the extra effort. I was under the assumption that the "touring" package on all Hondas was the same. I did not realize that it was different depending on the model. This is the 6th Honda that I have purchased starting in 1978. Needless to say, I love Hondas. However, I do wish that Honda Corporation would offer more safety sensors & heads up display on the CR-V. I am pleased with my purchase & would recommend the individuals who assisted me in the purchase of my new vehicle. Robbie, Ryan & Brook will insure that you are as happy as I am with your Honda ! More
