Scott Wood is definitely top of his game. A great guy to work with. He made the process easy and pleasant. One of the best car buying experiences ever! If you have been through a Chick-fil-A drive thru then you understand efficiency and good processes. I didn't orignally come to Honda to purchase a new vehicle. My experience began in the service center. I was fortunate to work with Josh (thankfully not the same Josh I had to work with in the past), who was responsive and patient. After learning my 2007 Honda CR-V required more repairs than expected, I decided it was time to purchase a new car. I never felt pressured to buy since I stepped foot in the sales area and they were aware I was contemplating another brand. Miguel in sales was knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend working with him! Kirk from delivery explained the technical/electronic features. He continues to be helpful and responsive to emails and calls answering questions that I forgot to ask. Ryan from finance never pushed me to buy unecessary insurance. He was straightforward, considered my driving habits and recommended one additional coverage (which I ended up getting from my car insurance). Overall my experience was great. A little over a week, I drove off the lot with my new 2020 CR-V and left my old suv on the lot. Honda even absorbed my invoice from the service center. Thank you. More
