No matter how many time you have an issues all Honda World says is "I'm Sorry" a hundred times but NEVER fix or correct the issue... or give a credit of some kind from the 1st week I purchased my truck. Bad tire, back window leaks, show up multiple times for a scheduled oil change but have to wait while they go and get a filter, forgot to tell truck was ready putting on bed cover 2 hrs after I noticed truck in parking lot, etc. If I managed my UPS Healthcare account this way people would die from issues with their medicine, Unacceptable. More

She had the car waiting for us to test drive when we showed up for our appointment. After test driving it and deciding on a different model, she quickly retrieved that one. Griffin Foley explained the owner's manual in great detail and helped to program the new vehicle with our favorite settings. Ryan Carter in the finance department was a joy to work with. Ryan made sure all our paperwork was in order and did it in a well organized and competent manner. Ryan was extremely personable and explained everything to us.
