Werner made the car buying process SO easy! We were referred to Chris Peek and he is awesome! Upon arrival we were greeted by Rich, offered snacks and coffee and made comfortable until Chris was available. Chris quickly got some information and we went out for a test drive! Throughout the whole process Chris went above and beyond to provide us with the best and most honest service. Ryan was super friendly and personable as well! We left happy and grateful for the service we received! We live over an hour and an half away but will make the drive just for the service! More

Werner Mazda's website made it easy to pick the car I wanted before arrival to do a test drive. This was easily arranged without an appointment. After the test drive, the discussion about markup and trad wanted before arrival to do a test drive. This was easily arranged without an appointment. After the test drive, the discussion about markup and trade-in (although not what I hoped) went quickly, and they offered better financing than I cold find on my own. And my sales representative Chris Peek was awesome at getting me through the paperwork and the physical transition from car to car. I hope the Service Department will be equally good. More

Less than stellar buying experience: sales department was not very interested in walking me through vehicle features, highlighting available offers/incentives, or helping with model comparisons. Overall the process took many hours more than it should have and I probably should have trusted my gut and went to a different dealership to finalize a purchase. Car had a load of problems (not the dealership's fault, but Mazda's fault due to poor workmanship). Constantly misaligned steering, buzzing/vibrating engine at certain speeds, and a complete transmission failure at 8,000 miles on the odometer led to me visiting the service center many times over my last seven months of ownership. Communication was okay or poor at most times with the service department. The work got done each time, and loaners were made available, but the overall experience working with the survey department leads me to believe that they are understaffed or new procedures need to be put in place to ensure customers are kept up to date with what is happening while their vehicle is in for service. More
