First experience buying from Carl Black was not bad at all. We were met my Ryan and he does make a great first impression. He showed us the car we had called about earlier, things didn't get started like we wanted but we all saw the humor in it and had a good laugh. Ryan was a nice and comical man and a great salesman, I say salesman but it was more like buying from family and I was comfortable buying from him. He was also patient and understanding about my asthma and the need of not having any strong smells in the car. Ryan told me what to expect and I'm confident he and the staff at Carl Black Hiram will continue to work with me on getting the smokers smell out of my car because I love my car! Thanks to everyone for working with me on getting my car. More

The Wife is Happy with her 2011 Nissan Rogue. I had purchased a truck from them years ago and was done right that time no I had no problems returning to help my Wife find her vehicle. We called ahead about a SUV we saw on CarGurus to be sure they still had it, they did and off we went and we were greeted by a few friendly folks that obviously love their jobs. We talked with Ryan and he took us out to the car, I test drove it and liked it. The wife did a short test drive on the lot and loved the Rogue too. We purchased the SUV she drove it to work the next day and texted me: "I love my car!" She likes it and even though we didn't get a "steal of a deal" the wife loves the car and I'm glad she does. Had a concern about the battery, and the way the car hesitated before starting the next morning and Ryan said he wants us to be 100% happy with the car and said if we bring the car back up there they would put a new battery in. When its time for me to get a smaller car that is better on gas then my full size pick up, I think I'll save myself a lot of time and just start out at Carl Black and Ryan. More

I got my car! I was feeling down about looking for a car. I found a car I was interested in at Carl Black in Hiram, asked some questions and Ryan Dubsky responded I was feeling down about looking for a car. I came in for a test drive Saturday. Met with Eric Welsh. He worked his magic and got me APPROVED and now Im a new owner. If your looking for a cars, this dynamic duo got you. Im happy:) More
