Ryan greeted me immediately and was SO kind and SO knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and really was just a total pleasure to work with. Seriously, not one complaint about this experience. Service was quick, seemed thorough, and Ryan acted like he had all the time in the world to reset my car stereo/Car Play interface so that it would work properly for me. If all the appointments go like this, in the future, I will keep buying Hondas at Lou Sobh! More
