We have a paint defect which was apparently covered under warranty, but the warranty has recently expired. We have had this pealing paint issue for several years and have taken our vehicle to Lou Sobh sinc warranty, but the warranty has recently expired. We have had this pealing paint issue for several years and have taken our vehicle to Lou Sobh since purchase 2016 for all maintenance intervals. We did not receive notification of the recall and not one person from Lou Sobh notified us of coverage while in the window of warranty. Poor customer service. More
