We researched several dealerships and Amin was the most co-operative and helpful sales person we dealt with. He understood what we were looking for, what we could afford, and he wanted us to find what woul co-operative and helpful sales person we dealt with. He understood what we were looking for, what we could afford, and he wanted us to find what would suit our needs. We returned after one visit to make our purchase and have already referred our neighbor and told several friends. We appreciate honesty and knowledge and that's what we found at Kelly's Nissan in Lynnfield. Ray was also great in helpng us with financing. More

Nissans are not bad cars, in fact we just got another one, after getting rid of the junk we purchased from Kelly a year and a half ago. I cannot recount the number of problems we have had with the compan one, after getting rid of the junk we purchased from Kelly a year and a half ago. I cannot recount the number of problems we have had with the company, service, and the car we purchased itself. Fortunately for Nissan we didn't blame the brand, but we definitely blame the dealership. The problems began right after we purchased our car. We bought a "certified" used car that was leased with low miles. Supposedly the car was checked over thoroughly before we could pick it up and take it home. Ok, fine. But then, please explain how we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere in the middle of winter because they failed to notice the TPS was causing a leak in the tire? We even had to pay out of pocket to have it fixed where we were. I was livid and spoke to the main "Kelly" office after (by this point we also failed to receive touch-up paint we had been promised, and the car was vibrating horribly when being driven, and had been given a hard time trying to get one of the three free oil changes we were promised when we bought the car. And the girl at the desk was plenty rude about it as well, asking who our sales rep was because they needed to figure out why he would say that, because its not something they offer. Perhaps the service department and sales should try talking once in a while. Sales had gone fine, I think the salesperson we had was a decent guy, though he still owes us some paint. Also, after having another problem "fixed" our window somehow lost the ability to be "automatic". At this point we took it to another dealer to fix it. At the other dealer we were told there was a problem with the shocks, that needed to be replaced. At this point we had it with our "certified" used car, and it is now out of our hands. When we got another Nissan from another dealership we were astounded by how thorough they were. Our salesperson went over the car bit by bit, and was really confused why we hadn't gotten the same treatment at Kelly, since apparently this is a requirement of Nissan itself. I have so many more things I could write about but I won't waste your time. The bottom line is: this place is awful. I hope Fritz takes his sales skills somewhere else. Everyone else should stay at Kelly, at least then I know they are concentrated at one awful location. More
