By far the best dealership I’ve ever been too hands down! I can’t say enough about Mike, Ryan, and the team here! !! Magic Mike made my dream come true in a day!! I contacted him about a 2017 Focus RS (the really hard to get car) on Friday from Watertown, NY, I wa !! Magic Mike made my dream come true in a day!! I contacted him about a 2017 Focus RS (the really hard to get car) on Friday from Watertown, NY, I was pre approved for it with no down payment, and I get to drive it for over a month before a payment is due. I told Mike I was on my way that night, I drove all night, which put me at their doorstep before the opening bell, yet I waited for nothing, Mike greeted me with a smile, and we were filling out paperwork, I had a psychiatrist appointment that had slipped my mind, he kept working away while I toiled with the shrink. It was well before lunchtime I was back on the road in a vehicle I’ve been told by multiple dealerships was very difficult to obtain, and was an impossibility at the very least. Thank you soo much for helping me get into my dream without sinking my boat!!! All the luck and love to you all at Lenz!! More

I recently purchased a 2020 Ram from Lenz. I worked with Mike Buhler and it was an excellent experience. Mike gave me time to look over the vehicle and ask questions. I didn't have to spend hours upon hours going over paperwork. I've only had the vehicle for a couple days, but I'm very happy with the vehicle at this point. There is only one thing from keeping this a great review. I fully understand the no haggle approach to the price of the vehicle and am comfortable with what we paid, however, the truck didn't have a tonneau cover with it. I was hoping, for the money I spent on the vehicle, that they would have been willing to add this to the truck. That was disappointing. Also, there were times when the financial department was difficult to get hold of (full voicemail). My insurance company had a couple questions and had a difficult time getting hold of someone initially. They did get hold of someone and got the information they needed but it sounds like they had to get a few extensions. I would certainly recommend Mike to work with. He's very down to earth and relates well to the costumer and overall, the experience was good. More

Our first purchase from Lenz our used vehicle had some issues but the service we received was beyond amazing. I spent many hours hanging out while they worked on my truck and it was always a comfortable, issues but the service we received was beyond amazing. I spent many hours hanging out while they worked on my truck and it was always a comfortable, friendly experience. During covid (with very limited used cars anywhere), we ended up in a desperate situation needing a family vehicle fast, and were forced to buy from a different dealership. Needless to say, the car we got there ended up being terrible and so was the service. A few months and several thousands of dollars later, we knew we needed a more reliable vehicle and went back to Lenz. Mike found three options for us to look at, didn't push us to choose one over the other, and Ryan had us driving away in a great family truck with financing before noon. It feels so good to drive a vehicle again and not be stressed about it breaking down. I can't imagine buying from anywhere but Lenz ever again. More
