She was very responsive and her follow up was spot on. Oriel was extremely knowledgeable, spoke highly of the company and he has a customer first attitude. The next day Ryan(GM) reached out to me and genuinely wanted to know about my experience. They made several counter offers, but we just couldn’t make the deal work(yet). I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used automobile to Hollywood Kia. More
