I’ll start off by saying I didn’t end up purchasing the car I was interested in, but it still was a pleasurable experience. Dani contacted me almost instantly after I sent my initial email. She was very re car I was interested in, but it still was a pleasurable experience. Dani contacted me almost instantly after I sent my initial email. She was very responsive and her follow up was spot on. Oriel was extremely knowledgeable, spoke highly of the company and he has a customer first attitude. The next day Ryan(GM) reached out to me and genuinely wanted to know about my experience. They made several counter offers, but we just couldn’t make the deal work(yet). I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used automobile to Hollywood Kia. More
