Braeger Ford Lies of Omission Submitted a written offer based on phone call agreement only to find extra fees added on and incorrect tax calculations in their favor when I got firs Submitted a written offer based on phone call agreement only to find extra fees added on and incorrect tax calculations in their favor when I got first set of paperwork. At delivery found more paperwork errors in their favor, had to correct them myself. Paid for vehicle in full at delivery, only to find they were withholding second key fob and owners manuals hostage until I verified my student status identity online and filled out rebates for them. They did not accept my student ID photo copies. The car was delivered and paid for several days earlier! Filed complaint with Ford still pending & no key! More
