I’m from out of town (6 hours away) and I was disappointed the dealership wouldn’t transfer the vehicle to a local dealer though I confess I don’t know what all plays into that decision. Once I was engaged with the Braeger staff, Zach in particular, they did a great job and were very courteous and professional. The only reason I didn’t provide 5 stars was the total time at the dealer approached 4 hours as there was a printer issue that prevented me from being able to complete the transaction until resolved.
