Service department at Palmer is by far the best Jeep group I have ever used. All the service managers are very professional and helpful. Scheduling service is very prompt compared to other dealers. I had electrical accessories and tires installed on a Gladiator. The technician that did the work walked me through how to use the accessory settings and was very polite and professional. Their tire prices beat most tire only shops. More

The print out shows a code and recommended to replace DPF 4300.00 they did NOT run a regen process or try to do anything else. I had 2 other shops tell me to run a Regen which fixed the problem for less that 4300.00 they did NOT run a regen process or try to do anything else. I had 2 other shops tell me to run a Regen which fixed the problem for less that 300.00 I am not happy to report this but it is what it is. More
