Service department at Palmer is by far the best Jeep group I have ever used. All the service managers are very professional and helpful. Scheduling service is very prompt compared to other dealers. I had electrical accessories and tires installed on a Gladiator. The technician that did the work walked me through how to use the accessory settings and was very polite and professional. Their tire prices beat most tire only shops. More
