Becky, The agreement that you signed and are referencing does state that all work must be preformed by our service department and be completed no later than 30 days from the date of delivery. There has to be a statute of limitations set for this and I would like to think that you'd agree that 10 years after the purchase of a vehicle is well past that timeframe for work to be completed.
